Corrugating Medium

Corrugating medium is the paper used to make the corrugated section of a corrugated board.

 

The corrugating medium is made from secondary fiber or recovered paper. It is characterized by the presence of flutes (ridges/aches).

The corrugated board typically contains a corrugated medium in the middle flanked by two liner boards on either side.

The most common flute profiles (or sizes) are A flute, B flute, C flute, E flute, and F flute which is 5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 1.5mm, and 2mm, respectively.

We offer a corrugating medium ranging from 90 gsm to 175 gsm.
